Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM (Romania time) will be processed on the next business day. Weekends and public holidays are not considered business days.

If your country is not listed above, we unfortunately cannot ship to you at this time.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's journey.

# Customs, Duties & Taxes

**Important information for customers outside Romania:**

Since we ship from outside the European Union (China), your order may be subject to customs clearance and import duties. Please note:

- Customs policies vary by country
- **You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees** applied to your package upon delivery
- We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be

We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

# Address Changes

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at rafaelboyare.financial@gmail.com.

- If your order has not yet been processed, we can update the address
- If your order has already been shipped, we cannot make changes

# Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

**Lost packages:** If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors or your local post office. Contact us within 7 days if you believe your package is lost.

**Damaged packages:** If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged product
- Photos of the packaging

We will work with you to resolve the issue.
